Cancellation Policy

The purpose of the Art Studio Rental is to provide an open space for creatives to do what they do best: create. This space is intended for painting, drawing, writing, and other, similar forms of mixed media art. 1. Renter agrees to rent the studio on the following date(s), time(s) and duration stated in signed agreement. 2. Hourly Rate: $40 per hour Additional fees may be charged for supplies, indicated below. Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Payment can be made via Venmo, ApplePay, cash or card. *A $40 deposit is required at time of booking and will be returned upon departure and inspection of studio and its contents. 3. Renter agrees to use the space respectfully and only for the purposes listed above. 4. Materials and supplies can be provided by the Studio Owner at an additional cost. Fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the rental period and included in the signed rental agreement. Supplies may include the following: ☐ Easel ☐ Brushes (type/size): ☐ Paints (type) ☐ Paper (type/size) ☐ Canvas (size) ☐ Palette ☐ Water containers ☐ Other 5. CLEANING & CARE - Renter agrees to leave the studio in the same condition as it was found. - All materials, trash, and personal items must be removed at the end of the rental period. - Any damage to the space or equipment will be the responsibility of the renter. - No smoking is allowed in the studio not on the property. - Be respectful of all neighbors and inhabitants of the home; this studio is in a residential neighborhood and attached to the owner’s dwelling. - No alcohol consumption on the property. - You may bring in food and drink - Be mindful of and follow all posted signs. 6. Renter assumes all responsibility for personal belongings and any injuries that occur during the rental period. Studio Owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.
